VINIFICACIÓN Y ELABORACIÓN:
Harvest: Manual, with grapes selected in the vineyard and then in the winery.
Fermentation: Brief maceration and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 24°C to 26°C (75°F to 79°F). After this stage, malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. No sulfites (sulfur dioxide / SO2) or other chemical additives are added at any stage of production.
Guard: 2 months in stainless steel vats.
Time in Bottle: 2 months before being sold.
