Nature with Minimum Intervention

Our grapes are harvested by hand and processed in our Isla de Maipo winery, also certified organic for wine production.
We have two main lines of wines, both made with organic grapes:

ORGANIC WINES

Organic Grapes and NO SULPHITE ADDITION
This wine represents the maximum expression of purity and respect for natural processes, as its vinification and elaboration is completely natural, without the addition of sulfites or any chemical additives, ensuring that each bottle is a true reflection of the quality of the organic grapes selected for its production.

Elaborated with Organic Grapes and WITH ADDED SULPHITES
These wines are made from organic grapes, and sulfites are added in the winemaking process to preserve them for a longer period of time. However, they contain less added sulfites than wines produced from conventionally grown grapes (with the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides).

Guard: 2 months in stainless steel vats.
